The Content Provider Agreement set forth on this page applies to all individuals and organizations supplying content (articles, images, audio & Video materials) to www.StartupGuys.net and constitutes a binding between the Content Providers and www.StartupGuys.net.

A- Introduction

www.StartupGuys.net is blog that serves to facilitate and promote entrepreneurship through short informative articles, audio and visual learning content.

Our Site exists as a resource for;

a- Small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs to find answers to their questions related to small business and a platform for industry experts to answer these queries in  business ideas, business formation, operations, funding, management, sales & marketing, business growth, expansion, planning, execution, shutting down and other areas of business operations.

b- Individuals and Organizations looking to build more targeted audience and clients through sharing their experience, expertise and success stories in the form of text, stats, audio or video content.

B- Content Provider Agreement Terms

1- As a Content Provider, you retain your copyright in the content and content will be published on the website with your credentials. You grant www.startupguys.net the exclusive license right to post, display, copy and distribute that content on www.StartupGuys.net, newsletters and other promotional activities.

2- www.StartupGuys.net also reserves a license right to excerpt your Content for use in marketing materials and to make minor modifications to the Content for technical or editorial reasons.

3- By publishing your content on www.Startupguys.net you are restricted to republish the same content on any other website or print magazine.

4- As a Content Provider, you retain the right to include one hyperlink (to your website, Social profiles etc) within your bio section.

5- As a Content Provider at www.StartupGuys.net you represent and warrant that the Content:

a- is owned by you, or to the extent owned by someone else, that you have obtained that party’s express permission to provide the Content to www.StartupGuys.net for use, copying and distribution under the license in this Agreement;

b- does not violate any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right;

c- does not invade any individual’s right of privacy or publicity;

d- does not contain material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable;

e- does not break the law, facilitate the breaking of the law, or violate any applicable regulation or www.StartupGuys.net rule or policy;

f- does not offer or disseminate fraudulent goods, services, schemes, or promotions, or promote domain names, URLs, or hyperlinks that constitute commercial content that offers the same;

C- By accepting the Content Providers’ Agreement, you agree;

–  That if any of the above representations and warranties set forth directly above are not true, you will indemnify www.StartupGuys.net for any breaches or misrepresentations, takings orll misappropriations, infringement or piracy of the Content, including any and all damages, attorney’s fees and other expenses related to any such misrepresentation or breach of warranty.

–  To the best of your knowledge, all purported factual information in the Content you upload is true and accurate, and the use of any information in the Content will not result in personal injury to any user. Content Providers are prohibited from usinga www.StartupGuys.net to impersonate another person or entity or to forge any e-mail communication or message.

– www.StartupGuys.net maintains high editorial standard for Content submitted to the Site. The mission of website is to educate and inspire and we reserve the right to remove or refrain from publishing any content that we feel does not meet our quality standards and/or does not serve educational, coaching, guidance, inspirational purposes. Content Providers should look to the Site’s existing inventory of Content as a guideline as to which forms of Content are acceptable for publication.

D- Terminating Agreement

You can terminate the Content Provider Agreement anytime you wish to discontinue, however, termination of the agreement will be subjected to a few points mentioned below:

1- You will not be able to remove the content from the website.

2- You will be bound not to republish the content on another site.

3- Links within your bio section and within the content will not be available for editing, but on periodic content review if system finds any dead link, it will be disabled automatically.

E- Amendments & Updates

www.StartupGuys.net reserves the right to change terms and policies anytime, however, you will be notified about the update.
