Redfin is a technology powered real estate brokerage that has managed to raise $167.8 million from eight investment rounds till date.

This valuable investment has been poured in from fifteen investors which includes several big names like Annox Capital, Wellington Management, Vulcan Capital, The Hillman Company, Glynn Capital Management and many others. This firm was founded and managed by technologist. The start-up comprises of real estate agents and features all broker listed houses for sale.

Redfin has a interesting organizational structure which makes a team of engineers work together with agents that aim to create tools which makes the entire selling and buying process easy.

There are similar services which are doing the same but what makes Redfin different from them is the fact that it combines online technology tools with brokerage services for a better user experience.

The users have the option of filtering properties in neighborhood, city, zip code, MLS number and zones. Redfin relies heavily on the reviews which they receive from the customers and take suggestive measures.

There are several online tools and calculators on the site which will help you on various estimating queries. There is nothing more relaxing then buying or selling properties at convenience of your home.
