2. The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf (2021)

3. Errementari: The Blacksmith and the Devil (2018)

Errementari: The Blacksmith and the Devil is a movie based on the story of The Smith and the Devil. He ends up in a forge in nearby woods where a blacksmith Paxti lives alone.

Ortiz hires men to raid the forge, when a young girl, Usne, sneaks into the forge to recover her doll and discovers something terrifying instead. The movie is a perfect combination of fantasy, adventure, and bone-chilling horror.

4. The Yin-Yang Master: Dream of Eternity (2020)

Based on an Onmyōjinovel by Baku Yumemakura, a Japanese writer, The Yin-Yang Master: Dream of Eternity is one of the most popular international series on Netflix Canada. It shows a fascinating world of magic, and creatures like demand and dragons co-exist with humans.

A mammoth serpent god threatens to bring destruction and calamity to the world every century resurfaces. Four Yin-Yang masters are summoned to capture the beast and save humanity. The Chinese series is absolutely breathtaking with great visualization.

5. Love and Monsters

Love and Monsters is a great dystopian movie led by the charming Dylan O’Brien. The movie has some of the best CGI with creepy, giant monsters. It tells the story of Joel, a young man taking shelter underground as the world is overrun by giant creatures that have taken complete control over the land.

After contacting his high school girlfriend, Aimee, on the radio, Joel decides to go to her. However, Aimee is hiding away at a colony that is miles away from where he’s hiding. Joel decides to leave the underground shelter to seek out Aimee, despite all the monsters and creatures that stand in his way.

6. The Old Guard (2020)

The Old Guard is an American superhero movie based on a graphic novel of the same name. It tells the story of a team of immortal superheroes, hundreds of years old, on a revenge mission as they must fight to keep their identity hidden when they are exposed to the world.

The covert group led by Andy (played by Charlize Theron) must find the leak and stop the information from getting out before it’s too late. During the journey, they find more of their kind. The incredible fight scenes and a star-studded cast make it a great action flick that you should not be missing out on.

7. Army of Thieves (2021)

Army of Thieves is an action-comedy movie based on a screenplay by Shay Hatten and Zach Snyder. It is the second installment of the Army of the Dead franchise, set before the events of the Army of the Dead. Ludwig Dieter, a bank teller leads a group of thieves on a heist mission during the early days of the zombie apocalypse.

Army of Thieves was the most-watched movie on Netflix after its release and was also ranked first in over 90 countries.
