When starting a new business. It is important to come up with a good idea and strong concept. This will ensure that your product or service is needed and valuable for the user. As a general rule, what you offer should either fill a hole in the market or be a better version of an existing product or service. There are many ways to differentiate yourself and here it is important to analyze your competitors, as well as your own strengths and weaknesses.

It stands for Minimal Viable Product and is the first and unfinished version of what you are selling. This does not need to be either completed or finished design-wise, it is just to show what your product can do. The people you test on will have valuable feedback that can help you further in the process
Whatever you want to create should be adapted to the users. You can identify early adapters and contact them for help to make the right decisions. Creating a new business will most definitely be challenging and nothing can prepare you 100% for what will happen. However, there are a bunch of tools and helpful advice that can lead you in the right direction, so that you are one step closer to creating a success story.
